Positive response to new Limerick estate
The development is marketed by Elaine Fitzpatrick, of Sherry FitzGerald O’Malley, who says the houses at Caislean are of a high standard, with a choice of finishes available in terms of paint, kitchens and fittings.
All of the houses are three-bedroomed, 900 square feet, and selling for ‘starter home’ prices: the mid-terraced units are €179,000; the end-terrace units are €183,000; and the semi-detached units are €187,500.
A booking deposit of €3,000 is payable to Sherry FitzGerald, but there are no stage payments.
The scheme will be comprised of 191 houses and 20 have been sold.
The estate is close to the University of Limerick, so buying a house here might be a shrewd investment for parents who have student children.
