ROSIES bar in Carrigaline, Co Cork failed to find a buyer, or even a bidder, at auction last week.

No bidders so Rosies on sale by private treaty

The large bar in the satellite town is being disposed of by the Peters family, who also own the Wilton in the city’s western suburbs, as well as bar interests in Meath and elsewhere, with property developments in train in Dublin.

Rosies is now back available through private treaty with agent Frank V Murphy, quoting in excess of c €2.5 million.
