WHY €300,000 for a tiny cottage? Because for once the brochure-speak is right - this is a once-off opportunity to buy beautiful views of coastal West Cork and a land bank of eight acres where planning is utterly restricted.

Access to the water is close by and swimming and boating are also possible.

There should be huge interest in the property - especially from drive-by, Sunday viewers.
