Elegant, spacious Amberley has a huge back garden

YOU really can’t do better than ‘absolute cracker’ as a description for a house and while auctioneer, Paul Stephenson, doesn’t actually raid the lexicon, he does rave on about ‘Amberley’.

And you couldn’t blame him really. This is a detached house which has all the elegance of age, loads of room, a huge back garden and a location within walking distance of town. How bad?

Amberley in Caherslee, Tralee, is on the market at €300,000 through Sherry FitzGerald O’Connell and comes with two reception rooms, an extended kitchen/diner with sunroom as well as four bedrooms and a bathroom.

Narrow to the front, it’s quite deceptive, says Paul Stephenson, because it stretches backwards into its long back garden. It also has a side entrance and a double garage, he adds.
