Small scheme is big on design

Rose Martin visits a harbourside development with a lot going for it

MAPLE COURT is a bit of a Cobh story. A new small scale scheme in the Cork harbour town, it’s the brainchild of Alan Bardsley and his wife Annette, both natives.

The design has been nicked from the Deck of Cards, or Westview, as it is more formerly known, the much pictured terrace rising uphill from the waterfront.
