Another bite at terrace cherry

ESTATE agent Sean O’Sullivan of F&V Sheahan is chipping away at the red-brick terraced houses at Frankfield Terrace, on Summerhill South by the Capwell bus garage in Cork city.

No 14 made €284,000, and the price guide for no 12 is excess €300,000, and the auctioneer with F&V Sheahan can go through his list of under-bidders on second next door to see who may want a second bite at a tastier cherry.

It came under swift offer in the past week at the guide price.

Mr O’Sullivan says this house is in very good condition, with PVC windows behind the and the original wood sash windows in front as the terrace has a preservation order on it, with just one of the 20 imposing houses breaking the integrity of the row.
