A HOUSE with all the extras is on offer in Glanmire’s Sallybrook area.

No 64 Elmgrove was the last house finished and sold in the Forestbrook Development scheme of 85 homes near Grandons garage, and is the only one to come up for re-sale so far with extras such as an attached garage and utility, says estate agent Timothy Sullivan.

He seeks offers around E235,000 for no 64, which has about 1,300 sq ft of space, with lots of wood flooring used at ground level as an extra touch.

The property has a south-facing back garden, two inter-connecting ground floor reception rooms, with an arch off one to the kitchen, and a patio door to the sunny rear garden.

The kitchen has built in Zanussi, appliances, the utility has slate floor, and there’s a guest loo also at the lower level.

Overhead, there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, main bathroom, and the house has lots of TV points, gas central heating, double glazing, has been wired for an alarm and has front and back gardens with of-street parking.

Buying interest will come from owner occupiers and investors, according to Mr Sullivan who said it was ready to move into.
