TWELVE houses in the seaside village of Allihies in West Cork should be of interest to property investors.

These four-bedroomed townhouses carry Section 23 relief and seven should be available for this summer, says selling agent JJ O’Sullivan of Castletownbere. They are priced at €230,000, exclusive of VAT at 13.5%, but including full fit-out.
