A COUPLE who swapped a life in Spain for the River Suir are selling up their waterside Tipperary home - but are staying put in this country.

Their pretty home, close enough to tie a boat up to the side wall, is up for sale on the edge of Carrick on Suir in Tipperary.

The old world-style two storey home at South Quays has private riverside gardens, screened and protected from the river by a stout new wall.
