Just two left homes left in quality scheme

CUL Daire, a development of detached houses at Lissycasey in Co Clare, is now nearing completion and just two houses remain to be sold.

The estate, developed by local builder, Michael Keane, got off to a slow start, says auctioneer, Philip O’Reilly, of Property Partners, but once the quality of the houses became apparent, the uptake was strong.

In all, the Cul Daire estate has 25 houses with three different house types on offer and generous PC sums are included.

The two remaining houses are priced at €225,000 and come with four bedrooms, a living room, family room, study, kitchen/dining room and utility, as well as three bathrooms. On large sites, each property is bounded by limestone walls in a safe environment for children.

Houses number two and 18 which remain have a lead in time of a year to a year-and-a-half, says Philip O’Reilly. Lissycasey is 10 miles from Ennis town on the main Kilrush road.
