Up behind and beyond it, developer John Deane of Ruden Homes is set to add a further 550 or so homes to his well-finished Matthew Hill scheme on the city’s periphery approach slopes towards the airport: to facilitate this further development, road widening and bend straightening moves are mooted by the front of this cottage by Cork County Council.
