THE man behind the success of the exclusive, Old Head Golf Course, Jim O’Brien is to move sticks to Waterville and his present home, ‘Amberley’ at No 10, Riverside, Church Road, Carrigaline is now up for sale.

He and wife Ann are regrettably selling, but with houses in established areas rare enough on the market, the sale could make someone’s Christmas, says selling agent, Kevin Silke.

Number 10 has a lounge of 19’ by 18’ with dual aspect and a stone fireplace.
