Lahinch apartment on market

Lahinch is beloved of legions of Limerick people and is also a popular surfing spot. Development in the area has been quite marked in the past five years and the village is one of the busiest in Clare in high season.

Sherry FitzGerald are selling an apartment with section 48 allowances on Main Street, Lahinch and give it an asking price of €230,000 plus VAT.

The allowances have 11 years to run from 2002, according to Helen Gallery, who’s handling the sale. The apartment comes fully fitted.
