Letter to the editor: Lightbulb moment on the appliance of science
A recent article from a Science website claims that hackers are becoming more creative in choosing what devices to target to get our personal data

An article about smart devices on the Science Daily website, and in recent newspapers, discusses the possibility of hackers gaining access to your computer system through smart devices including washing machines and light bulbs. 

This was a matter I was in the dark about. The basic issue is that anything connected to your computer or operated by wifi, such as the light bulbs, needs to have strong passwords to protect your privacy.
