THE bus station in Cork city is more like a cowshed.

On Sunday, November 17, I left Killarney bus station for Cork. What a contrast! Killarney was spotless and warm and it has a lovely little shop. On arrival in Cork, at 1pm, the station was freezing cold, the toilets were revolting and the shop was closed.

And CIE fares are going up again!
