Capt Kelly: a tribute from his home town

IT is tragic that Captain James Kelly failed to have his good name cleared

Capt Kelly was from my home town, Bailieboro, of which he was very proud.

He was also a notable journalist, author and historian, and contributed much to life in our town and county. Obviously he was most famously a member of the Irish army and he served his country well over many years. He deserved better.

Let us now hope and pray that he has truly found peace at last.
