I’D like to know what happened to the safety procedures at the Munster hurling finals in Semple Stadium, Thurles, last Sunday?

The exit aisles were all blocked by packed-in fans on both terraces. I hate to think what might have happened if somebody needed medical attention. The GAA would also want to get its act together as the ground is not capable of holding a 54,000 crowd in safety.
