Simple answer to hospital parking chaos

THE parking situation for drivers dropping people off at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin is chaotic.

There is a bus stop followed by a taxi bay, then a minibus bay followed by yet another bus stop. In the midst of all this people are supposed to drop off and pick up often very sick relatives and friends. Why not merge the two bus stops? This would allow taxis and minibuses to move forward giving some space for those dropping off or picking up patients.
