We can’t have it both ways
They demand lower taxes, but still expect spending on public service wages, roads, hospitals, housing, and the like, to be maintained or increased. This is not viable. The money has to come from somewhere.
If taxes are to be capped or lowered, then spending will have to suffer; if spending must be increased, then taxes will have to increase, too.
The public needs to be more realistic.
