Let the court rule on Iraq

The International Court of Justice should be the one to determine if Iraq has weapons of mass destruction.

If the verdict is ‘guilty,’ then the people responsible, and only the people responsible, should be punished by this court. The international court should also determine if the government of Iraq is guilty of abusing its people.
