Law on adoption must be enacted quickly

Establishing a culture of accountability has become this society’s Sisyphean task. It is one that never ends, even though a robust culture of public accountability is no more than honesty in act and deed; no more than an honest reckoning so we might all do what we do better, so we might all better serve our common purpose.
