Taoiseach’s White House visit - Can Leo charm The Donald?

TAOISEACH Leo Varadkar will meet US President Donald Trump at the White House today for the traditional St Patrick’s Day visit.

On the same day last year, Enda Kenny made headlines for stressing the importance of immigrants. This time, Varadkar will have other uncomfortable realities with which to confront Trump: His apparent dislike of LGBT people and his determination to start a trade war with the EU.
