Homelessness crisis: Remove the social stain, Taoiseach

FEW would argue with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar when he says the Government might have to think twice about spending all of the money available next year for fear of replicating the unsustainable boom that landed us with the bailout and yet another recession.

The government that does not learn from the mistakes of the past is doomed to repeat them, so the caution Mr Varadkar recommends is welcome.
