Drugs crisis - Recreational users just as culpable

HARDLY a day passes without headline reports on drug seizures on the streets of our cities and towns, bloody turf wars between rival gangs or the arrest of Irish drug lords somewhere in Europe.

It all points to the grim reality that the murderous drug trade is now a major scourge in Irish society.
