Medics defy terrorism

SECTARIAN terrorists should be in no doubt about the depth of revulsion for their cynical tactics as witnessed when hundreds of medical staff marched in protest through the streets of Belfast yesterday.

They were demonstrating against a series of death threats issued by both republican and loyalist paramilitary groups seeking to wreck the peace agreement.

Such cowardly actions underline the poisonous sectarian divisions which still divide society in the North.
