Police must unite to face abuse risks

REVELATIONS concerning the undetected movement of paedophiles into Ireland give rise to serious concerns.

Even more alarming is the claim that they can take up jobs with access to children despite rigorous new sex

offender laws. In view of the increasing activities of paedophiles who prey on vulnerable children, there is a worrying lack of co-operation between international police on this problem.
