Obesity crisis - TV tuning out healthy role of exercise

IT is mind-boggling to visualise the homes of Ireland’s growing crop of overweight children, which boast four or more televisions and up to six in extreme cases.

Given this country’s new and worrying trend of child obesity there is a pressing need for qualified physical education teachers in schools up and down the country.
