Bambie Thug may not have won the trophy, but they have secured even more —Ireland’s rightful place back in Eurovision history.

With 278 points, the Cork-born artist secured a sixth-place finish in Ireland’s first Eurovision grand final since 2018 — the highest placement since Eamonn Toal performed ‘Millennium of Love’ in 2000.
