An audio message from an aid worker in Gaza paints a harrowing picture of daily life for its citizens

On Friday morning, ActionAid Ireland heard from Buthaina Subeh, the director of one of its partner organisations in Gaza, the Wefaq Association for Women and Childcare (Wefaq).

Buthaina is currently in the south of Gaza, and she sent an audio message which she thought might not arrive because the internet was so weak. But it did.
