It was Irish style parish-pump politics that brought Donald Trump to Presidential office but Irish writer Paddy Duffy reflects on whether, unlike the Healy Rae's, The Donald's rhetoric on the campaign trail was based on a real sense of civic duty to the people who voted for him.
