Just another Reilly ‘free care’ wheeze

Last year, 6% of parents said they had been unable to afford to bring a sick child to the GP. MY one-year-old fell headlong down the stairs yesterday and my first thought was: “Does he need to see a doctor?”

My second was: “I’m two days away from payday and I’ve 50 quid left for food.”
