In a blatant attempt to distract attention from his bid to re-order the bank debt bombing, Taoiseach Enda Kenny thought it would be a clever ruse to throw attention back on the 4am antics that crippled this country with the Anglo guarantee in the first place.

In a bid to make things smear — sorry, clear — Kenny started throwing around all sorts of accusations of file-shredding and deliberate document destruction by the previous Fianna Fáil-led government to cover-up its disastrous decision on that fabled night in Sept 2008.
