One of the best gigs I’ve chaired/facilitated in recent years was a gathering in a big house in the country where the founders of Irish businesses, and the offspring who were going to succeed them at the top of those businesses, got to talk about changing priorities.

Very quickly, it became apparent that a high priority, for the younger generation, was corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
