Much has been written about why Joe Biden shouldn’t run for a second term in the White House, but there’s been little if anything on why he’s refusing to tender his resignation

Joe Biden once said: “Failure at some point in your life is inevitable, but giving up is unforgivable.” 

Despite his struggling performance at the presidential debate on June 27, Biden walked away from it as though it were nothing more than a bad dream.
