Blackberries are super versatile, few fruits offer so many options
I’M WANDERING along a narrow hilly boreen close to Lough Ine in West Cork.
I’m making very slow progress because the tangled brambles in the hedgerows and along the stone walls are covered with blackberries, so tempting — looks like we’re going to have a bumper crop this year.
