TD entitled to legal aid

I object strongly to elements in the media that have castigated Paul Murphy TD for availing of free legal aid. 

He is more than entitled to it, he is a champion of civil rights in this country, more than can be said for most of the establishment in the Dáil.

Indeed, it is only because of the small group of independent TDs like Mick Wallace, Clare Daly, Shane Ross, Mary Lou McDonald, Richard Boyd-Barrett and a few others that expose the numerous scams in our society.
