Election letter: Sinn Féin show little sincerity to McCabes

The half-hearted apology by Gerry Adams to members of the late Detective Garda Gerry McCabe’s family, regarding Martin Ferris collecting McCabe’s killers from Castlerea Prison spoke volumes for its sincerity when he added ‘if they had been offended’.

Indeed more so when one remembers the way he behaved towards Mrs Ann McCabe when she confronted him at a ‘republican’ rally in a hotel in America.

Furthermore, when one considers his other recent calls for the removal of the Special Criminal Court, it shows clearly his regard for the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
