Up to 90% of Americans surveyed want to know if their food is genetically modified [through labelling].

Irish politicians’ support of banks is undemocratic

However, companies like Monsanto are ‘influencing’ so many people and groups, including politicians, that it is highly probable that such labelling will be banned.

So much for US democracy.

Given our own government’s wildly irresponsible support for the banks, which nobody I have spoken to agrees with, I wonder if our democracy is any better.
