Dockland development doesn’t make sense

Before Christmas, the Irish Examiner property editor, Tommy Barker reported that there are renewed hopes for development on Cork’s docklands.

But following the flooding we witnessed since, shouldn’t the authorities reconsider plans for such flood prone areas?
