Daly and Wallace jail saga was a wasteful joke

What a fantastic waste of resources we witnessed last week in the administration of justice.

Deputy Mick Wallace was carted off to prison in Limerick for non payment of fine.

In the same week, the Garda Inspectorate lamented that far too many garda jobs are chained to the desk.
