Indaver lost credibility by dragging case on

Indaver is to apply once more to impose incineration on the residents of Cork Harbour. 

This is the company that in 2013 was censured by Mr Justice Kearns of the High Court who declared its conduct “could only be seen as an abuse of the court process” (Irish Examiner, February 5). Indaver’s prolongment of the High Court case, without intending to continue it, resulted in the imposition of €80,000 costs in favour of CHASE and An Bord Pleanála.

That attempt to manoeuvre the legal process will prove to be costly indeed as Indaver has squandered all credibility.
