Gilhooly comments beggar belief

It frightens me that as a fellow officer of the court, that solicitor, Stuart Gilhooly states “this crime as alleged, was at the bottom end.

There was no violence, and thankfully, the victim has no recollection of it....suffice to say that Ched Evans has a very arguable case that he is the victim of a miscarriage of justice”.

Footballer Ched Evans was convicted of rape.

Mr. Gilhooly is aware of the law on rape. What sickens me is that he says “ if having sex with a drunk woman is rape then thousands of men are guilty of rape every day”.

My conclusions on these statements can’t be printed, so I will allow all women and all men, all spouses and partners, all mothers, fathers, sons and daughters to reach their own conclusions.
