Kenny and Irish Water don’t seem to get it

When is a bonus, not a bonus?

It’s when, Enda Kenny says so and you do very little to get it.

He told the Dail, Irish Water staff didn’t receive any performance related payments and won’t either. I am confused.

Could someone define the meaning of the word ‘bonus’ and educate us poor taxpayers?

Irish Water says over 900+ staff received it and is that not a bonus?
