Take a bow Mercy

I have recently been discharged from the Mercy Hospital and I wish to make the following statement: The doctors, nurses, general staff are the most wonderful people to have around in times of sickness or ill health. I was recently in St Catherine’s, wards 4 and 5.

Those looking after me went about their care with a smile, enjoying a jolly comraderie and with a professional eye for the patients’ welfare. Nothing was too much trouble. Every patient felt that they were the most important one. The food was beautifully presented and was delicious to boot. I received five star treatment during my stay .

If the Mercy Hospital can do it so well, there is no reason why other hospitals cannot offer the same quality of care to their patients . Too often we hear horror stories. This time I want to say: ”Mercy you are simply the best”.
