Peddlers of indebtedness no better than drug dealers

Finance products that contain risk of long-term indebtedness for citizens trade in misery. Prospering from the indebtedness of others is a grave form of abuse.

Peddlers of indebtedness no better than drug dealers

How much better are these so-called ‘bank products’ than illegal drugs?

Morally, was the product of much better provenance? They also entice addiction and a horrifying dependency.

People became enslaved and pursued mirages.

Then, when people were, or are, on the payment treadmill and slipping and faltering, what has been the attitude of the banker elite?

Do they really differ in tone from drug lords?

Pay us, or else.

Look at the state of our country: strung-out, haemorrhaging people.

In all the investigating of human frailty, how little has gone into investigating the horrors of financing; the hollowing-out of families seeking homes, or falling for the bankers pushing to draw people into perpetual debt, leading to alienation from one another, emigration.

Finance has caused many real suffering.
