Terms and conditions are there for all to read

Regarding the letter from Danny Buckley and his car rental in Cork.

We all know when we read terms and conditions for insurance that this does not usually cover any excess. You wouldn’t get a hotel in Wales for that for one night, and yet he felt ripped off? Also, baggage charges came in 10 years ago. Maybe he should start reading the terms and conditions before he agrees to them.
