Seanad reform a distraction from Dáil reform

So, now we are to move from the Seanad referendum to Seanad reform, as spoken by Enda Kenny.

This is another convenient distraction from where real reform is needed, in Dáil Eireann. How about representation on a par with the UK? I look forward to seeing Enda tell his Dáil colleagues that we will manage with 50 TDs. I will not hold my breath.
