Limerick has more than one supporter

The Limerick County Board and team seem to have been prostituted to the whims and wishes of one supporter, Mr JP McManus.

The visit to the team’s dressing room on the day we were beaten by Clare, was a privilege not accorded to other supporters.

It is great for Limerick to have such a notable supporter. However, the vast majority of supporters, who struggle to keep their families from poverty, but still support the Limerick team in all weathers, are not allowed the privilege of visiting their dressing room after the game.
