State letting students down over exams

Once again, State examination papers have been given to college hopefuls that are riddled with errors. This is an on-going problem and proves beyond any doubt that the State is not fit to conduct exams.

State letting students down over exams

The problem of dodgy exam questions has being going on since anybody can remember and is entirely unacceptable at this stage.

The claim that students will not be disadvantaged is ludicrous, given that a huge amount of time has being given over to answering questions that could never be answered, meaning that students are under more pressure to answer other questions that may be just as flawed. This is totally unfair to students and smacks of an education system in tatters.

Obviously, questions are not being properly checked before they are issued to students and this is a persistent problem that is pervasive in all papers over many decades.

Many text books are also a matter of concern in this country, where inscrutable writings are given to students, that do nothing but confuse students and turn them away from education.
