After 20 fiscal quarters, still no planning
Almost five years, nearly 20 fiscal quarters, at the end of each there is suppose to be a review, an analysis and diagnosis of events and plans for the future, corrective planning if necessary. I could only see borrow, borrow, borrow, but no plans on how to build a new economy.
In Germany, and most northern European countries, youth unemployment is circa 8% whereas here, it is almost 27%. They should be doing apprenticeships but our lavish dole money is more of an enticement and insures that our army of young men end up as qualified scroungers rather than skilled artisans.
